THE DEAL

You don't pay to start.

Every white-label builder charges a monthly fee whether the app makes money or not. Forge doesn't. I take a share of what it earns — I only win when you do.

The comparison

Free to launch vs. a fixed bill from day one.

Both paths get you a branded app. Only one of them costs you something before you've made a cent.

TYPICAL WHITE-LABEL BUILDER

$99–599/mo

  • Fixed monthly cost from day one, regardless of sales
  • Generic template, light rebrand
  • You manage the platform yourself
  • No one building custom features for you

FORGE

$0 upfront

  • Free to launch — revenue share only
  • Built around your coaching, not a template
  • I build and maintain it, ongoing
  • I earn only once your app does

How the split actually works

Plain terms, laid out.

  • You keep control of the relationship

Your audience, your brand, your voice. The app carries your name — I'm the team behind it, not a co-brand in front of it.

  • I earn a share of what the app generates

Subscriptions, program sales — a percentage comes to me for building and maintaining the product. Exact terms are set per creator, based on scope and audience size, and confirmed in writing before anything launches.

  • No hidden costs, no surprise bills

There's no setup fee, no monthly platform charge, no per-user cost. If the app doesn't sell, you owe nothing — the risk sits with me, not you.

  • You can walk away

If it's not working for you, the terms for ending the arrangement — and what happens to the app and its data — are spelled out upfront, not buried in fine print after the fact.

Where the money goes

  • Stays with you~70%Your share of what the app earns — the product is yours.
  • Forge — build, maintain, host~30%Covers building and running the product, ongoing.

Illustrative split. Exact terms are set per creator, based on scope and audience size — confirmed in writing before anything launches.
